"Dave/Mel and the Ratcliffe team were very obliging and easy to deal with throughout the build process. There were a few minor items that needed to be adjusted due to council and other authority requirements. These were easily fixed and Dave always offered sound and cost effective alternatives.

The build went to plan in terms of time and costs and the communication throughout this process was effective and very proactive. The end result was fantastic with both houses built to specification and looking great, very sound in shape and structure.

In the next few weeks I will be moving into my new two storey townhouse, which is part of a four unit complex. Although having owned and renovated more than a dozen houses, I have never had a new home! 

Therefore this project was quite a challenge for me considering my lack of experience and the amount of money involved. We engaged the Ratcliffe Building Group for our last development project after discussions with a number of different builders. 

Initially we were drawn to Ratcliffe Building Group after having inpected previous works they had completed. We found them to be flexible and transparent when finalizing the building contract and were able to tailor their approach to our specific needs. Ratcliffe Building Group were able to provide practical advice through the course of our project enabling us to make timely commercial decisions which ultimately resulted in the completion of a high quality product optimized for our target market. In a climate of high interest rates, any delays can quickly erode the commercial viability of a project. Ratcliffe Building Group commenced our project a few days before Christmas. The property was sold on the 31st of May.The quality of the product made the property highly sought after in a market where many other properties were being passed in. 

Thoughout the course of the project, customer service provided by their administration staff was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and all issues were dealt with quickly.We have engaged Ratcliffe Building Group for our next project.
